Thanks to the hard work of
ACC Planning Staff, consultants, and the Comprehensive Plan's Citizen
Steering Committee, we are not far away from developing an ordinance that
protects greenspace and prevents sprawl. Randall Arendt will help us work
out how we can apply TDRs and the other conservation planning tools to
our zoning ordinance to implement the Comprehensive Land Use Plan effectively.
